Debunking Myths and Revealing Repair Time for Tesla Model 3 Accident

The day started off like any other day at work, but little did I know that a simple phone call from my boss would turn my world upside down. It was Friday, October 11th, and I was taking a break from work when my boss called me in a panic. She had rushed to pick up her daughter from school and ended up backing into my car in our tight office parking lot.

I hurried back to the office to assess the damage, and my heart sank as I saw the giant dent and scratches on my car. Initially, my boss didn’t want to go through insurance and offered to pay for the damages out of her own pocket. But after getting an estimate from a reputable body shop, she decided it was best to go through insurance.

I took my car to the body shop, where they gave me an estimate for a new bumper, a new sensor, and some other repairs. The initial estimate was high because they wanted to order all the parts they thought my car might need. It would take two weeks for the repairs to be completed, and I would need a rental car in the meantime.

After some back and forth with the insurance company, they finally approved me for a Tesla rental at $80 per day. The parts for my car were quickly delivered to the body shop, and the repairs began. The whole process took about two and a half days, much faster than I had anticipated.

Finally, on Friday, November 15th, I received an email from the body shop saying my car was ready for pickup. I rushed over to see my car looking as good as new, with no more scratches or dents. I was thrilled with how smoothly the whole process had turned out, despite the initial stress and uncertainty.

I even got a tour of the body shop and learned more about the process of repairing Tesla cars. The manager assured me that getting parts for Tesla cars was no longer a problem, despite what I had heard in the past.

In the end, the final repair cost was in line with the estimate from the insurance company, and I was reimbursed for the rental car expenses. It was a long and stressful month, but I was grateful for the support from the body shop, the insurance company, and my boss throughout the process.

As I drove away in my newly repaired car, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the experience and the lessons learned. It was a reminder to always be prepared for the unexpected and to handle challenges with grace and patience. And most importantly, to never underestimate the power of a reliable insurance policy.
