Last time I tried out affordable makeup, you guys loved it, so I’m back with more budget-friendly products to test out. From liquid foundation in a teddy bear-shaped container to a gradient cheek rouge, we are exploring it all.
First up, the teddy bear-shaped liquid foundation caught my eye with its adorable packaging. While the size was tiny, the keychain attachment was a clever addition for on-the-go touch-ups. The coverage was surprisingly good, making it perfect for emergency use. I rated it an 8 out of 10 for its cute packaging and decent coverage.
Next, we delved into a three-piece contour cream set, perfect for nose contouring. The creamy concealers blended out beautifully, creating a natural contour. The shades were cool-toned and precise, making it ideal for detailed contouring. I rated this product a 10 out of 10 for its ease of use and flawless finish.
Moving on to blush, we tried out a waterproof brightening blusher in a jelly-like consistency. While the color was vibrant and trendy, it appeared washed out on camera. Layering it with a powder blush enhanced the color payoff, making it a great base for other blushes. I rated this product a 6 out of 10 for its unique texture and color.
For eyeshadow, we tested out a magical 9 pan palette with a stunning color story. While the shadows were pigmented and shimmery, the lack of matte shades limited the versatility of the palette. I rated it a 6 out of 10 for its affordability and shimmering shades.
False lashes and lip products added the finishing touches to the look. The manga fox eye false lashes were dramatic but required trimming for a more natural look. The lip gloss and sparkly lipstick added a touch of glamour to the makeup look, despite some initial application issues.
