We’ve got 12 exercises in this standing abs workout, with 40 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest in between. No equipment is needed, so let’s get started with some high knees. Lift your arms above your head and bring your knees up to hip level, one at a time. If you have dumbbells, you can hold them instead.
