Hey everyone, it’s Ail Suede here and in this blog post, I’m going to take you through my two meals a day cutting diet for extreme fat loss. In 2017, I implemented this eating strategy for the first time and got shredded. Since then, I’ve been using it every year in January to lose fat fast after the holiday season.
I know many of you are looking for ways to achieve your New Year’s resolutions and lose that holiday weight, so I want to help you do that in a fun way. This eating strategy is perfect for enjoying a calorie deficit and dieting down for your goals. And if I, as a type 1 diabetic for over 23 years, can do it, then so can you.
The key to this diet is intermittent fasting and water intake. Intermittent fasting doesn’t have to be extreme – simply wait a few hours after waking up before your first meal. I like to drink black coffee during my fast to suppress cravings and stay focused. And don’t forget to increase your water intake to stay hydrated.
For my first meal, I focus on high protein, moderate carbs, and moderate fats to keep me full and help me reach my protein goals for the day. I also introduce my new protein oatmeal, Bro, which is high in protein and delicious.
After a workout, I have a scoop of protein powder to suppress my appetite and ensure I hit my protein goals. And for my second meal, I enjoy a higher fat, higher protein, lower carb meal when eating out.
I end my day with another scoop of protein powder to reach my protein intake goal. This two meals a day eating strategy allows me to enjoy my life while still achieving my fitness goals.
